Terms of sale

By placing an order with Jacqueline Ashworth you are offering to purchase a product and are subject to the terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and therefore may be withdrawn at any time.
We must receive payment in whole for the price of the products that you order before your order can be accepted. Our acceptance of your order takes place on the dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we notify you that we do not accept your order.
We try our best to ensure that all details and prices which appear on this website are accurate, however, mistakes do unfortunately sometimes occur! If in the unlikely event that we discover any error in the price of an item ordered, we will let you know and give you the option of either reconfirming your order or the option to cancel your order.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to return the item for a refund please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your purchase.
Please be aware that personalised, made to order or bespoke items are non-refundable.
Also exempt for a refund are earrings due to hygiene reasons.
Jacqueline Ashworth does not accept any responsibility for return postage costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

Promotion Codes

The following conditions apply to all Jacqueline Ashworth Promotion codes:

• Only one code can be used per transaction.
• Codes are non-transferrable and no cash alternative is available.
• All offers are subject to stock availability.

We have taken care to ensure we describe the jewellery for sale on this website accurately. However, all computer screens vary in colour and definition, please be aware of this when making your order. Please note the measurements given on each individual product, do not judge the size on how large they look on your screen.

Please remember, that due to the natural make-up of any gemstones and freshwater pearls, they are not all ‘perfect’ and may have inclusions and patterns making them that little bit more special!
